Katrina is growing her hair out. She loves texture. Her hair is very thick in density per square inch and also in diameter of the strand. She wanted a whimsical soft length around her perimeter. Also she requested a lot of movement through her crown. Since this cut, after quite some time and care, we have gracefully grown Katrina’s hair another 5”.

Meghan

Meghan is growing her hair out. She wanted layers that were soft, elegant, and also would complement her face shape. She also wanted a soft ombré which we were able to achieve without exposing the hair to the harsh effects of bleach. A nice soft round-brush blow out to style and finish.

Paul wanted to go short , however, not too short. Mid-length sounded too long. We decided on this classic and versatile men’s look. This was a big step as we took off quite a bit of hair to come to this length. Handsome on the head, trash on the floor.

Samantha’s hair had to go so said Samantha. It was sitting just below the shoulders when she came to me. She had thought she wanted to grow it out. Queue up David Bowie, Changes. … After our consultation we agreed on a versatile cut that could be parted on either side. This really allows the look’s versatility to shine. Sam has very thick Asian hair. We were able to give it a good bit of texture and softness while maintaining the integrity of this classic bubbly shape.

David lets me have fun and show off. David’s hair is thick and healthy. I love reviving retro men’s looks. We’ve done Elvis in the army and taken it back to the Boardwalk Empire and everything in between. Bald clean tapers into full-length men’s groomed looks are one of my specialties. Don’t be fooled by these gimmicky walk-in barber shops. If you want a true bald clean taper there’s only one place to turn. Low bald fade. Emily was really inspired by Vidal Sassoon’s looks which is how we came up with this fun asymmetrical bob. She has really fine blonde hair, so careful attention taken not to over texturize her hair to maintain the integrity of this lovely shape.

Nathan

Nathan has double cowlicks on the back of his crown area and deep recessions on his front hairline. Nathan also has very thin fine hair. We were able to come up with this classic men’s look that when not slicked back shows off a modern twist with a lot intermixture of short-long lengths bringing out handsome blend of characteristics of surface for this look.
